Mailing & Printing Services

Addressing Services	Duplicate entries by name and /or address are removed. Uncorrectable addresses can be removed for later correction. Full written report is produced of duplicates, uncorrectable and moved addresses. CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) &, PAVE (Presort Accuracy Validation & Evaluation) as well as NOCA (National Change of Address) certification, direct addressing on mail piece with barcodes, sorting, bundling, 1st class presort or 3rd class bulk mail permits, delivery to SCF Center.
Addressing Full	Printing of return address, permit information and address with barcode and all services listed under ‘Addressing Services’ above.
Data Entry	Typing of information into a database
Fulfillment Services	Services include order processing, invoicing, account reconciliation, point of purchase, literature and product fulfillment, which includes packaging services, skin-board, shrink-wrapping, poly-bagging and kit assembly.
Hand Addressing	Addressing of your mail piece by hand.
Hand Inserting/Sealing	Hand inserting of items into the envelopes and sealing it.
Hand Personalization	Handwritten messages personating your mail piece. From quick note to full written letter.
Hand Stamping	Applying postage stamps by hand to your mail.
List Cleaning	Duplicate entries by name and /or address are removed. CASS Certification and NCOA correction of list. Uncorrectable addresses can be removed for later correction. Full written report is produced of duplicates, uncorrectable and moved addresses.
List Conversion	Converting a list from one format to a more useable format.
List Correction (manual)	Correcting a list by hand.
List Evaluation	Same as List Cleaning, but no duplicates are removed Number of bad address are noted as well as moved address but not changed or corrected.
List Services	As list broker, we provide free list research and consultations utilizing various resources to locate applicable outside lists and acts as a liaison between you and the owners or managers of the list. We have access to over 28,000 listings including business and consumer lists in 212 market classifications. Consumer Lists are supplied on disk with unlimited one-year use. Includes Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Can be sorted by age and income and other factors. Business Lists are supplied on disk with unlimited use. Includes: Company Name, Decision Maker, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone , Fax Number (where available) Employee Size Range, Sales Volume Range, Credit Rating Code, SIC Code, Year.
Machine Inserting/Sealing	Inserting of items into envelopes and sealing envelopes, done by machines (must meet specifications)
Mail Merge Laser Printing of Letter or Flyer	Merging your database (customer name, address and other information) into a letter or flyer making it into a personalized targeted document.
Mail Tracking	Mail tracking lets you know when and where your mail is being delivered. Tracking report available on the Internet.
Match Inserting/Sealing	Matching name on letters to name and address on envelope.
Tabbing	Closing of flyers, newsletters or other self-mailer to pass postal regulations.
