Christmas in July? Maybe not! Yes, lots of companies run Christmas in July sales during the HOT summer days, when people want a bit of cool weather Christmas sales to remind them of cooler times. But that is not what I’m writing about. We have a little over 4 months before Black Friday and the start of the holiday sales season and add a month for planning the start of the new year.
Now is the time to start your planning for the holiday season and next year. Yes really! By starting your planning now, you will get a jump on your competition, and come the time you will have everything in place and will not be stressed out and worrying about what to do. If the situation changes, you can change your plans accordingly. It’s easier to change plans than to create them.
