I need your help in the way of feedback.
I was having one of those talks with my wife. Not the “what’s for dinner” talk but the one about what I like to do. What I like to do is help people by solving their problems. The problems I’m good at solving are marketing/promoting business. I enjoy doing one-to-one consulting, and I really enjoyed doing workshops and classes. In my early days when I worked for a school district, I taught basic photography classes and really enjoyed it.
So I’ve been think of offering a series of seminars (workshops, classes) not on photography, though I’m thinking about taking a class on digital photography, but on promoting your business and building your customer base.
What I need your help on:
- How many sessions should I have and how long should each be?
- What items would you like covered, what do you want to get out of it?
- Should it be in person or on line?
- Should I charge for this? If so, how much?
