Coronavirus Game Plan

Good Morning,
Coronavirus is here. You might or might not get it. But this week’s tip is not about your, your family’s, your employees’ or your customers’ health. It’s about your business’s health!
What would happen if you or your employees were forced to stay home for two or more weeks? Or your customers stopped doing business with you?
If you haven’t done it already, now, not next week, is the time to develop a communication plan in addition to your action plan. The communication plan should include how and what you’re going tell your customers about your situation and the actions they can take to keep doing business with you.
The plan should also contain action steps, templates, art work and master files needed to regain lost customers and regrow your business after this crisis has passed.
Your communication plan can be used for almost any crisis, whether it’s a natural disaster (tornado, flooding, earthquake, fire) or a man-made (long-term power outage, computer crashes, ransom ware, robbery, unusable business space).
The best part of making a plan is that it helps you be open with your customers and therefore trusted by them, which in the long run will help you keep them. Remember: plan for the worst and hope for the best!
Till next week,

Great Things Happen, But You Have To Take Action NOW!
