A handwritten note to customers, prospects or anyone you meet is a great way to contact and stay in contact with them. It’s better than an email or text.
A handwritten note is personal and shows that you took the time to do it. You care. People notice things like that and it helps build your relationships faster.
So the next time, instead of sending a text or email about how glad you are to have met a customer or prospect, try writing them a note.
And before you ask, yes, you can send them email if you do not have or can’t find (look up their web site or company name to get their address) their address.
