Good Day
One of my clients, a caterer who among other things does crawfish boils, just finished sending out a set of post cards to his prospect list. Now he wants to stay in touch with the prospects every 90 days and wanted to know what he should do.
What I suggested to him was a one sheet, 2 side self mailer newsletter. This is a great way to keep your business in front of your list and establish yourself as an expert in your field and as a trusted and welcome friend.
Some of the things to include in your newsletters should be: thank you to current or recent customers for purchases, testimonials, thank clients and remind them about referrals, company news, personal information and some stuff that is not related to your business or industry. Don’t forget contact information.
When done on a consistent basis, people will look forward to your newsletter, and each issue will have a long shelf life.
Some people will want to do their newsletter as an e-newsletter and that would be a big mistake! There are ways to make people save and hold on to their printed newsletter which you cannot do with e- versions.
Ready to stay in contact with your people and need some help?
