Increase Your Sales, Stop Losing Sales!
How many times have you walked into a store, been greeted by a clerk who then asked if they could help you, and you said just looking and a little later walked out or went to a web site and left without contacting them? Now how many time does this happen in your business?
How many sales have you lost?
They might not be ready to buy yet, but that should not stop you from getting contact information if possible from anyone who comes into your business or visits your web site.
It’s as easy as offering something in exchange for their information. Restaurants do this (not very effectively) all the time. “Please take our survey and get a free X or discount on your next visit.”
Instead of asking them to take a survey and then write a special code on their receipt, which they have to hang onto, have them give you their name and email address. Then if in person give them a coupon for a discount on their next visit (bounce back). If on line, offer them a free report, book, special tips, checklist or discount coupon if they give you their name and email address.
Now you can market to them so that when they are ready to buy, they buy from you.
So the next time people walk out of your business without purchasing anything or you look at all the people who visit your web site but do not contact you, think about this tip and then contact me to remedy this situation.
