Customer goodwill and list cleaning

Good Morning
Have you ever wondered if you’re wasting money with a customer list that is not up to date with people’s correct address?
Here is an easy way to make sure you have their correct address and as an added benefit create goodwill.
Send out thank-you notes or letters to your list using first class mail. Any letters or cards with bad addresses will come back to you with their new or corrected address or as undeliverable in which case you can delete them.
Why a thank-you note or letter? Let me ask you this, when was the last time you thanked your customers for their business?
Even if don’t need to clean up your list, make them feel appreciated and send them a thank you.
