Well, now is a good time to clean up your database of current and past customers. You know, get rid of duplicates and blanks, and correct bad records such as bad addresses, incomplete emails, missing information and such.
Remember: There is money in your database, and the more complete and up to date, the more money in your pocket.
Once your database is up to date, it’s time to go through your storeroom or wherever you keep your extra and unused marketing materials. Sort through all the material and put it into groups: what can be used to reactivate past customers, what’s for current customers and prospects. Even something out of date can be repurposed and reused to make you money.
