Make Business Slowdowns A Thing Of The Past!

I am surprised that none of the businesses I frequent has asked me if I would like to be on their preferred customer list or any other type of list. They are missing out on keeping me as a customer. I could switch to one of their competitors, and they would never notice. 

Are you losing customers and not even noticing? 

Start becoming a collector. Collect information on your customers. Start with their names, addresses and emails and then add their purchase history and maybe important dates (birthday, anniversary). Now you can send them information about your specials, sales, new products as well as information about your business and yourself.

This is a great way to keep your customers your customers and not have a slowdown in your business.
