PMF – Do You Have It?

Have you ever seen a company launch a new product or service and asked yourself, “why did they do that?” Then you watch as a few weeks or months later they withdraw it from the marketplace?
Sometimes, though, a new product or service hits the market, and it’s a big hit!
What you’re seeing is bad and good Product Market Fit.
Product Market Fit, as the name implies, is making sure that your product fits the market place. That your customers can and will use it and accept it. One way to get PMF is to imagine your product from your customers’ perspective instead of your own.
Remember: This isn’t about you or your company; it’s about the people you’re trying to turn into customers.
