Does Your Web Site Answer These Question To Turn Vistors Into Customers?

Good Morning

My good friend Lisa Weber, RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) and dental coach who is known as the $600kRDH (www.The600kRDH.com) sent me some critical questions a dentist’s website NEEDS to answer.  I reworked them to fit your business.

These questions need to be answered to make sure that your web site is converting visitors into customers instead of being just a fancy brochure sitting somewhere out in cyber space.   Today your website is the first place potential customers go to learn more about your business. If you don’t have a website, STOP reading and call me right NOW!

Your website needs to enter the conversation that is going on in your visitor’s mind. You have about 2 minutes to answer their questions, show them you’re the “perfect fit” for them, that you’re the “trusted authority,” and get what I believe is one of the most important items: their contact information (not the contact us page).

Does your website answer the following questions quickly and in easy to understand language?

Who are you?

Where are you located?

Are you a real business?

How big or small is your business?

Are you the right provider for me?

Why should I trust you?

What do other businesses like me think about you?

What makes you the best choice?

What makes you different from other providers?

If people come to you, what does your business look like?

What do you and your staff look like?

Can I find your contact information and location easily?

What have you done for others like me?

Why should I choose you?

Will you really listen to what I say?

What are your hours and are they convenient for me?

How do you get paid?

Now take a look at your website as if you were a potential new customer. If you can answer the above questions, how quickly did you find the answers? (Remember you only have 2 minutes.) If you can’t, then you’re turning away potential customers.

Next week, I’ll talk about the answers to these questions and how and why you need to capture visitors’ information.

Till Next Week –

Remember – Great Things Happen, But You Have To Take Action, NOW!

Phil
