Buyer’s Remorse, How To Reduce It!

Good Day Contact First Name
If you’ve been in business for any amount of time, you’ve had returns, charge backs or other undesirable costs associated with returns, not to mention the lost sales.
Here is a way to counteract buyer’s remorse and reduce return rates:
First you want to thank them for their purchase. If you have their mailing address and the purchase is large enough, then a handwritten thank you note is the best method. It’s a little bit of work, but it’s very much worth it. Otherwise an email thank you will do.
Whether you send a handwritten or email note, you should then develop a Wowing New Customer Welcome Sequence consisting of 3-4 messages.
This will help to establish and build a relationship with your new and hopefully repeat customer.
If you need ideas on what your welcome sequence should include, just contact me!
