When writing your marketing materials, make sure that you not only write as if you are talking to one person (see last week’s tip below), but make sure that you address your readers’ interests, concerns, wants and needs.
You have to address their “hot button” issues.
Your needs, concerns and wants and, more important, your ego are not important to the person reading your materials.
